| PF Developments, now part of PF Group, was formed in 2005 to provide high quality, environmentally sustainable homes which are affordable and inexpensive to live in. Our aim is to deliver "ahead of their time" construction technologies alongside traditional quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail. We pride ourselves on our reputation for close customer involvement during construction of new homes, maintaining close contact with purchasers throughout the building programme. We build all homes with space standards that properly respect the people who are going to live in them. For example, our three-bedroom homes are generally the size of a volume house builder’s four-bedroom houses. We build in luxury as standard. We do not offer basic fittings, and then make customers pay over the odds for upgrading them to better ones. We start out by installing high quality kitchens, bathrooms and other interior features, ensuring there's something that little bit special about every home we build. We also recognise that everyone is an individual and our customer-centred approach means we can help buyers personalise their home with added extras that look incredible, but don't cost over the odds.
