| PF Developments, the property development 'division', is the core of the business, offering a unique approach to both building new homes and sensitively restoring and/or converting older properties. After two years refining our craft, it is fair to say that we rather burst into the social conscience in 2007 when the second phase of our Preston Farm development, the conversion of a 17th Century Stone Barn was pitted against, among others, the new Wembley Stadium in the national finals of the prestigious Local Authority Building Control National Built in Quality Awards. The Stone Barn captured regional and national awards and attracted international admirers for both its innovative approach and cutting edge building techniques. The third phase at Preston Farm, The Courtyard, a quadrangle of luxury 1, 2 and 3-bedroomed cottages, equipped with cutting edge sustainability features, accessed through an arched entrance and surrounded by open countryside, has a completion date of November 2010.
